In Home Healthcare LVN - Weekend Shift

About the role

Provide nursing care for pediatric patients, including feeding tube and medication administration (training available). Ensure clinical outcomes through compassionate homecare, utilizing electronic documentation via tablets, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support diverse patient needs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses must transfer within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (training available if needed)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Six months nursing experience preferred but not required
