Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new LTL shipper accounts
  • Build and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Work with BDMs in the FTL and TM groups to identify other transportation mode opportunities
  • Expand business within current accounts
  • Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Conduct customer onboarding, including contract negotiation, account setup, and operational handoff
  • Advise clients on LTL shipping and pricing
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and drive business growth

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven success in high-performance B2B sales, preferably in LTL and freight brokerage, logistics, or a related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and close new business through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive, quota-driven environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and influence others
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive with minimal supervision
  • Experience in transportation, manufacturing, distribution, or food industries a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
