LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Night

About the Role

Join a regional float pool as a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN), delivering individualized adult and geriatric patient care across multiple facilities and units.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to established standards.
• Float between hospitals and units such as Med/Surg, ICU, ED, Oncology, and more.
• Collaborate with diverse healthcare teams in dynamic environments.
• Adapt quickly to varying clinical settings and patient care needs.

Key Duties

• Perform nursing assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
• Maintain current licensure and required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, IV).
• Support patient care in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current, active LPN license.
• Recent bedside experience (1–2 years, depending on specialty).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV therapy.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform patient care tasks.
