LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Night

About the Role

The Regional Float Pool LPN provides individualized nursing care to adult/geriatric patients across multiple facilities, utilizing theoretical knowledge for decision-making. They will float between designated hospitals within the region, working primarily night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in various units including Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and more.
• Collaborate with diverse healthcare teams to deliver quality care.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification.
• Perform physical tasks such as patient mobility, lifting, and patient assistance.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• One year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialized units.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, IV certification as applicable.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
