LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Night

About the Role

The Regional Float Pool LPN provides bedside nursing care across multiple facilities, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for adult and geriatric populations in various units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, and specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Float between designated hospital facilities
• Deliver individualized nursing care
• Communicate effectively with diverse healthcare teams
• Adapt to different clinical environments
• Maintain current licensure and certifications, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification

Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• At least one year of recent bedside LPN experience in Med/Surg or two years for other specialties
• Valid LPN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Other relevant certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, IV certification)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epic system
