LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Night

About the role

An experienced Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) is needed for a Regional Float Pool role across multiple healthcare facilities in the region. In this position, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, floating between facilities such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, and specialty units.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients
• Float between multiple healthcare facilities and units, including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, and specialty units

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Current LPN licensure
• Recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for critical care and emergency)

Qualifications

• Certifications vary by unit, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification
