LPN - Per Diem/PRN

Seeking a flexible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role with shift options and incentives. Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or RN direction.Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.Coordinating care with other departments and maintaining professional accountability.Floats between various hospital facilities and departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical. Qualifications High school diploma or GED, with graduation from an accredited LPN program.Current LPN license, meeting state requirements.Recent bedside experience: 1 year for Med Surg, 2 years for other specialties.Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS for critical care and ED; IV certification.Preferred: Epic experience. Physical Demands Include Pushing, pulling, lifting 50 pounds.Prolonged standing, walking, and performing various physical movements.
