LPN - Per Diem/PRN

About the role

Seeking a flexible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to utilize the nursing process and deliver patient care under supervision or RN direction. Provide safe, confidential, and coordinated care across departments while maintaining patient rights.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration
• Uphold professional accountability
• Work in various departments such as Medical-Surgical

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Active LPN license
• Recent bedside experience in Medical-Surgical
• BLS certification
• IV certification

Epic experience is preferred.

Physical demands

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
