LPN - Per Diem/PRN

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of licensed healthcare professionals. Maintains accountability for patient care, ensures patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinates with other departments. Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care, document accurately, support patient rights, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to choose shifts, including day or night, and work on an as-needed basis. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GEDGraduate of an accredited practical nursing program with active LPN licensureMinimum of one recent bedside LPN experience in Medical-Surgical unitsCertifications: BLS, IV certificationPhysical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients (up to 50 pounds) Key Duties: Assist with patient care, maintain patient confidentiality, coordinate with healthcare teams, and adapt to flexible scheduling needs. Knowledge of Epic system preferred.
