LPN - Per Diem/PRN

Join a flexible healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing patient care across various departments and facilities. Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process to deliver safe, quality patient care under supervision or direction of licensed professionals.Coordinating patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.Floating between designated hospital facilities and departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical units. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.Current LPN license in the state where duties are performed.Recent bedside LPN experience (minimum one year for Med Surg; two years for other specialties).Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS for critical areas; IV certification essential.Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements. Skills & Attributes Flexibility to work various shifts with no weekend or holiday requirements.Ability to be available on short notice and adapt to last-minute shift cancellations.Preferred: Epic electronic health record experience.
