LPN - Per Diem/Flex/PRN

About the Role

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing patient care under supervision or alongside a Registered Nurse, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Float between various hospital facilities
• Work in departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Active LPN license
• Recent bedside experience (1 year for Med Surg; 2+ years for other specialties)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification
• Epic experience preferred

Skills & Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling

Schedule

Flexible, incentivized PRN/Per Diem role with various shifts available. No mandatory weekend or holiday requirements.
