LPN - Per Diem/Flex/PRN

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of a licensed or registered nurse. Ensures professional accountability, coordinates care across departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to assigned patients.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Participate flexibly in a variety of shifts, including day or night, with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience.
• Current, valid compact LPN license.
• At least one year of recent bedside LPN experience.
• Certifications: BLS and IV certification; additional certifications may be required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients, with the capacity to handle up to 50 pounds.
