LPN - Per Diem/Flex/PRN

Position Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or the guidance of a licensed professional, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care across departments.Maintain professional accountability and patient confidentiality.Flexibly cover shifts including day or night, with no mandatory weekends or holidays.Participate in the Gig Nursing Program, managing scheduling and availability.Work in departments such as Medical-Surgical and Behavioral Health. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited LPN program.Current compact LPN license and at least one year of recent bedside LPN experience.Certifications: BLS and IV certification required; additional certifications may be needed.Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients, with the capacity to handle up to 50 pounds.
