LPN - Per Diem/Flex/PRN

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for flexible PRN/Per Diem positions in medical‑surgical and behavioral health departments.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or RN direction.
• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained.
• Coordinate care with other departments.
• Maintain professional accountability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current compact LPN license.
• At least one year of recent bedside LPN experience.
• IV certification.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
