LPN - Per Diem/Flex/PRN

Role Overview: This position involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or the direction of a licensed professional. The role ensures professional accountability, coordinates patient care with other departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient care in medical-surgical and behavioral health departments.Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.Follow established protocols and adapt to flexible scheduling and shift changes. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.Current, valid compact LPN license.Minimum of one year recent bedside LPN experience.Certifications: BLS, IV certification; additional certifications may be required.Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move patients up to 50 pounds.
