LPN - Per Diem/Flex/PRN

About the role

Seeking a flexible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role with various shifts and locations. The position involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care under supervision, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across departments
• Maintain professional accountability
• Float among various departments and facilities
• Support a collaborative healthcare environment

Qualifications

• Recent bedside LPN experience—minimum one year for Med Surg and two years for other specialties like ED or ICU
• Current LPN licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification
• Epic experience (preferred)

Physical demands

• Lifting up to 50 pounds
