LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or RN direction, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care across departments
• Maintains professional accountability
• Floats between multiple hospital facilities and departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical
• Flexible scheduling of various shifts, pick-up day or night shifts, with no weekend or holiday requirements
• Responsible for short-notice availability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Current LPN license
• Recent bedside experience (1 year for Med Surg; 2 years for other specialties)

Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• IV certification

Skills & Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and kneeling
• Epic experience is preferred
