Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the role

Seeking a flexible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role to provide patient care across various hospital departments, including Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical. The position involves utilizing the nursing process under supervision, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinating care with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Providing bedside care with a focus on patient safety and confidentiality
• Floating between multiple hospital facilities based on staffing needs
• Adapting to different shifts and departments without fixed schedules
• Maintaining licensure and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and current LPN license
• Recent bedside LPN experience (minimum one year for Med Surg; two years for other specialties)
• Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform various movements
