LPN - Per Diem/Flex/PRN

About the role

Flexible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position providing patient care under supervision or RN direction, utilizing the nursing process. Coordinate patient care, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and ensure professional accountability for assigned patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care across various departments, primarily Medical-Surgical
• Participate in the Gig Nursing Program with flexible scheduling, including day or night shifts
• Maintain licensure, certifications (BLS, IV), and recent bedside experience in Med Surg
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient movement

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and current LPN licensure
• At least one year of recent Med Surg bedside experience; Epic experience preferred
