LPN - Per Diem/Flex/PRN

About the role

Provide patient care across multiple departments, including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical, within various facilities. Utilize the nursing process under supervision or RN direction while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients in assigned departments
• Ensure professional accountability and adherence to nursing standards
• Adapt to different shifts and locations as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current LPN licensure
• Recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Medical-Surgical, two years for critical care areas)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification

Physical demands

• Lifting, standing, and mobility required
