LPN - Per Diem/Flex/PRN

About the role

Join a flexible, incentivized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role providing patient care across various departments, including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical, in multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
• Coordinate patient care and maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Work under supervision or alongside Registered Nurses (RNs)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current LPN license
• Recent bedside experience (1 year for Medical-Surgical, 2 years for other specialties)
• BLS certification
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or IV depending on department

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks
• Flexibility to pick shifts and handle last-minute cancellations
• Epic experience preferred
