About the role
Providing skilled nursing care to low acuity pediatric patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver prescribed nursing services on each assignment.
- Monitor signs and symptoms to identify physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS card.
- Preferred: One year of professional nursing experience.
Skills
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient care skills.
- Ability to evaluate patient conditions.
- Adherence to prescribed care plans.
