LPN Pediatric Home Care
About The Role
You'll provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of the patient's home, including:
- G-tube feeding, care, and site monitoring
- Routine health assessments and vital sign monitoring
- Medication administration as ordered
- Close communication with parents/caregivers and the care team
- A calm, nurturing presence during a busy after-school time of day
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire
- Pediatric home care, NICU/PICU, or pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with G-tubes/enteral feeding required or willingness to be trained
- Current CPR certification
- Warm, patient, and comfortable working independently in a family home setting
- Reliable transportation

Pay
$40 per hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Reliable, set hours every week — great for balancing family life, school schedules, per-diem work, or a second position. No weekends, no nights, no on-call surprises.
