About the Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides comprehensive nursing care in assisted living or memory care communities, following residents' care plans. Responsibilities include health and psychosocial evaluations, monitoring conditions, promoting health, and coordinating services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care aligned with individual care plans.
• Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to support resident well-being.
• Handle multiple priorities, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• Two years of LPN experience, preferably in assisted living or nursing homes.
• Valid LPN license in good standing.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Dedication to seniors' care and willingness to work nights and weekends.
