LPN - Paid Per Visit, Not Per Hour

About the role

Haven Home Care has been providing quality home care services since 1998 and is expanding its proven care model to Eastern Ohio, covering Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. This supervisory LPN role supports the launch of services in this new territory, focusing on establishing the agency’s presence and growing with the expansion. The position is per‑visit, supplemental‑income work; initial hours will be minimal as the client base builds from zero. Ideal candidates are currently employed elsewhere or have a flexible schedule, seek additional income rather than a career change, are comfortable with variable hours, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and are patient and flexible as the territory develops.

Responsibilities

• Conduct open visits for new clients.
• Perform supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides.
• Complete pre‑employment skills and written tests for aide candidates
