LPN - Paid Per Visit, Not Per Hour
About the role
Haven Home Care has been a trusted provider of quality home care services since 1998, successfully serving the Akron-Canton area for over 25 years. We are now expanding our proven care model to Eastern Ohio, bringing our established standards and reputation to new communities. This is a unique opportunity to join our Eastern Ohio expansion into Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. As we launch services in this new territory, we are seeking an LPN to help establish our presence and grow with us. The role is perfect for supplemental income, not primary employment; initial hours will be minimal as we build the client base from the ground up. We begin with no clients and may add about one new client per month (some months none). Each new client means one open visit, and every active client receives a supervisory visit every 60 days, so work and earnings grow as the client base grows.
Responsibilities
- Complete open visits and collect documentation.
- Conduct supervisory visits to check on Home Health Aides every 60 days.
- Complete pre‑employment testing for aide candidates (skills tests and written tests).
- Prepare accurate and thorough documentation according to agency standards and regulatory requirements.
