LPN - Paid Per Visit, Not Per Hour

About the role

Haven Home Care has been a trusted provider of quality home care services since 1998, successfully serving the Akron‑Canton area for over 25 years. The agency is now expanding its proven care model to Eastern Ohio, focusing on Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. This is a brand‑new territory with no existing clients; initial hours will be minimal as the client base is built from the ground up. Expect to see about one new client per month (sometimes none), with each new client generating an open visit and, after that, a supervisory visit every 60 days for each active client. Work and earnings grow as the client base expands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and thorough documentation according to agency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct open visits for new clients.
• Conduct supervisory visits to check on Home Health Aides every 60 days
