LPN - Paid Per Visit, Not Per Hour
About the role
Haven Home Care has been a trusted provider of quality home care services since 1998, successfully serving the Akron-Canton area for over 25 years. We are now expanding our proven care model to Eastern Ohio, bringing our established standards and reputation to new communities in Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. This is an expansion role perfect for supplemental income, not primary employment. Initial hours will be minimal as we build our client base from the ground up; we may bring on about one new client a month, and some months none at all. Each new client means one open visit. After that, every active client gets a supervisory visit every 60 days, so work builds as the client base grows.

- Complete pre-employment testing for aide candidates (skills tests and written tests).
