We are now expanding our proven care model to Eastern Ohio, bringing our established standards and reputation to new communities. This is a unique opportunity to join our Eastern Ohio expansion into Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. As we launch services in this new territory, we are seeking an LPN to help establish our presence and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits for new clients.
• Conduct supervisory visits to check on Home Health Aides every 60 days.
