LPN or Med Aide - Hospice - Full-Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Med Aide (MA) to join a hospice team providing patient-centered, comfort-focused care during a meaningful life stage. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team in a home care setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being of patients across all ages.

Responsibilities

• Support symptom management, emotional comfort, and dignity for patients and families
• Implement and evaluate care plans
• Perform treatments and maintain a safe environment
• Provide age-specific care and patient education
• Interpret patient data and conduct testing as needed
• IV therapy skills may be required depending on location

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Unencumbered LPN license
• BLS certification
• At least one year of professional nursing experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols
• Valid driver’s license may be necessary
