LPN or Med Aide - Hospice - Full-Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Med Aide (MA) to join a hospice team, providing patient-centered, comfort-focused care in a home care setting. The role involves supporting symptom management, emotional comfort, and dignity for patients of all ages, working closely with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate care plans
• Administer treatments and medications
• Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice
• Support symptom management and emotional comfort for patients
• Ensure patient safety and well-being

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Unencumbered LPN license
• Basic life support certification
• Preferred experience in nursing
