LPN or Med Aide - Hospice - Full-Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Med Aide (MA) to join our cottage hospice team. In this role, you will provide patient-centered, comfort-focused care to individuals and families during a significant stage of life, supporting symptom management, emotional comfort, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate patient/resident care
• Perform assessments and interpret data
• Administer treatments and medications
• Ensure safety and comfort
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Current unencumbered LPN licensure and multi-state licensure privileges
• Knowledge of nursing principles, medications, safety, and patient education
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Some locations may require additional certifications or a valid driver’s license
