LPN or Med Aide - Hospice - Full-Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Med Aide (MA) to join a hospice team, providing patient-centered, comfort-focused care during a significant life stage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate care plans
• Support symptom management, emotional comfort, and dignity
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Administer treatments and medications
• Ensure patient safety
• Develop self-care education programs

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Valid LPN license
• Knowledge of nursing principles, medications, and safety precautions
• BLS certification

Experience and IV therapy skills are preferred.
