LPN or Med Aide - Hospice - Full-Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Med Aide (MA) to join a hospice team, providing patient-centered, comfort-focused care in a home care setting. In this role, you will support symptom management, emotional comfort, and dignity for patients and families, working closely with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate patient care
• Perform assessments and interpret data
• Administer treatments and medications

• Provide care within the full scope of nursing expertise

• Maintain required competencies

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Current unencumbered LPN license
• Basic Life Support certification
• Knowledge of medications, safety protocols, and patient education
