Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to patients in various medical areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology.
- Absorb and implement care based on assessment and latest technology, working within an interdisciplinary team.
- Earn a starting wage of $27.15 per hour for LPN, plus $5.00 per hour for Night Shift, and additional bonuses and benefits.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families about medication changes, treatment plans, and patient conditions.
- Offer preventative and supportive care to enhance the physiological and psychological well-being of patients.
- Oversee and direct the Nurse Aide team, providing training, assigning tasks, and contributing to evaluations and recognitions.
Requirements
- A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan.
- CPR-BLS certification.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
- High-level analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement nursing care, and develop solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional, passionate, and innovative care.
- Team player with dedication to supporting team members and achieving goals.
