Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and implement care plans
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Provide treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Support the Nurse Aide team by providing direction, assignments, training, and evaluations
- Contribute to the overall well-being of patients through preventive and supportive care
Requirements
- A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan
- CPR-BLS certification
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher
- High level of analytical abilities for preparing personalized care plans and developing solutions to complex problems
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional care
- Team player with dedication to supporting team members and getting the job done

Pay
- $27.15 per hour for LPN

Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- Rotating weekends and some holidays
- Full-time or part-time positions available
- Night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
