Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care in various areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology.
- Absorb and implement care as needed using the latest technology and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Earn a starting wage of $27.15 per hour for LPN and additional bonuses such as $10,000 sign-on bonus for nights, $5.00 per hour shift premium for night shifts, and $3.40 per hour hero pay.

- Work flexible hours including 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays, and options for full-time or part-time positions, specifically nights from 6P to 6A.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, their families, and visitors.
- Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and provide advice on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient conditions.
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
Requirements
- A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan.
- Current CPR-BLS certification.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
- Analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- Team player with a dedication to supporting team members and getting the job done.
