About the role

As a Skilled Nurse, you will have the opportunity to assess patient needs, implement care plans, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and implement care plans utilizing the latest technology.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient conditions.
• Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Provide preventative and supportive care to enhance the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversight of the Nurse Aide team, including assigning tasks, providing training, and contributing to evaluations and recognition.
• Promote a positive, hospitable environment through excellent customer service.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must hold a current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan, a current CPR-BLS certification, and possess an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher. You should also demonstrate strong analytical abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to compassionate, innovative care.

Pay

$27.15 per hour for LPN, plus additional pay for night shifts and hero pay.

Schedule

12-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and some holidays. Full-time or part-time positions available, with night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
