About the role
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Med/Surg role on the night shift, providing patient care using the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient needs and delivering quality care in accordance with standards and organizational mission.
- Coordinating patient care with other departments and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
- Ensuring professional accountability and adherence to policies.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent education and experience.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all licensing requirements.
- Preferred certifications may include BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and LPN-IV Certification (if applicable).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform essential physical tasks.
