LPN - Surgical - Full Time

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or with guidance from licensed professionals, ensuring professional accountability, patient rights, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care across departments.Support patients undergoing or recovering from medical and surgical procedures.Work within a multidisciplinary team including educators, PCA/PCTs, case managers, therapists, and dietitians. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.Current LPN license and ability to maintain licensure per state requirements.Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, and unit-specific credentials may be required.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements.
