About the Role
Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsible for maintaining professional accountability, patient rights, and confidentiality. Coordinates patient care in collaboration with other departments, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Performs duties in alignment with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in Missouri and compliance with State Board requirements
Requirements
- Open to both new graduates and experienced LPNs
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
- LPN-IV Certification completed before or within three months
- Frequent standing and walking, bending, stooping
- Ability to assist with patient lifting/turning
- Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs
