About the Role

Provide licensed nursing support in a senior living setting, playing a vital role in preventing medication errors, early health change detection, and safeguarding resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Accurately document in MAR/TAR.
• Monitor resident symptoms and report adverse reactions.
• Conduct health updates and transcribe orders.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts and ensure compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.
