About the role
Provide licensed nursing support in a senior living setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
- Ensure accurate documentation in MAR/TAR
- Monitor residents' symptoms and report adverse reactions
- Conduct health updates and transcribe orders
- Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
- Maintain medication carts and uphold compliance standards
- Prevent medication errors and ensure early identification of health changes
- Ensure resident safety through clinical accuracy and regulatory adherence
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
