Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication AdministrationAccurately document in MAR/TAR in real timeMonitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and conduct health updatesTranscribe physician orders and support care plan updatesObserve and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residentsMaintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure compliance standards The role emphasizes preventing medication errors, early health change detection, and safeguarding resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.
