Role Overview The LPN Medication Nurse provides licensed nursing support in a senior living environment by safely administering medications, monitoring resident health, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication AdministrationDocument accurately in MAR/TAR in real timeMonitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support care plan updatesObserve and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changesMaintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance standardsSupport resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license in good standingCPR and First Aid certificationStrong assessment and documentation skillsExperience in senior care or medication administration preferred This role offers an opportunity to deliver safe, accurate care, contribute to resident well-being, and grow within a supportive environment.
