Role Overview The LPN Medication Nurse provides licensed nursing support by administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident health, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation. They follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration, transcribe physician orders, and support care plan updates. The role involves observing and reporting physical, emotional, or cognitive changes, maintaining medication carts, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
