LPN - Full Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in an assisted living setting under the supervision of registered nurses, advanced practice providers, or physicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, and ensure residents' health, comfort, and safety.
• Document resident interactions, outcomes, and maintain confidentiality.
• Recognize problems, recommend solutions, and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, healthcare providers, and team members.
• Counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans, and develop self-care programs.
• Utilize knowledge of nursing principles, age-specific standards, and resident education.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program leading to licensure as an LPN.
• Current licensure in the practicing state(s).
• Preferred experience in long-term care, sub-acute, or medical/surgical settings.

Skills

• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of resident care principles and emergency response.
