LPN - Full Time Nights

About the Role

Provide professional nursing care in assisted living settings, supporting residents' physical and psychosocial needs while collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status and document care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor residents' health and respond to emergent situations
• Educate residents and families on health and self-care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident well-being

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current licensure as an LPN in the practicing state
• Prior experience in long-term, sub-acute, or medical/surgical care preferred
