Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or with RN guidance, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care with other departments, uses clinical skills in a Med-surg Telemetry setting, and participates in innovative improvement projects within a dedicated nursing unit. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with current licensure, basic life support certification, and LPN-IV certification. Open to both new and experienced LPNs. Skills & Attributes: Critical thinking, assessment skills, clinical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Adaptability to participating in quality improvement initiatives. Key Duties: Monitor adult medical patients requiring telemetry, provide comprehensive nursing care, and contribute to testing and implementing innovative solutions to nursing challenges.
