LPN - Full Time Nights

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of a licensed professional, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care with other departments
• Maintains accountability for patient outcomes
• Develops critical thinking and assessment skills within a Med-surg Telemetry unit focused on adult medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring
• Patient monitoring
• Participates in unit improvement projects

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience
• Current LPN licensure
• Certifications including LPN-IV and BLS
• Open to new or experienced LPNs
